Maybe there is a slight process difference, i.e. like the.difference between sultanas and raisins / sultanas use veg oil in drying process, raisins are dried naturally, but they are still dried grapes. Maybe it's Raisins are sundried, and for 'dried grapes',Cadbury's use Mechanical drying, in microwaves.

The word ‘raisin’ has a very specific and distinct definition. Dried grapes doesn’t and it’s a cheaper ingredient as always with American owned companies. Sod the quality - make everything as cheap as possible. The own brands still mostly use raisins - simple option then

True but I still loved Cadbury's Dairy Milk before it was taken over by Mondelez.
Many UK chocolates use vegetable fats, which is why the EU in 1999-2000 wanted to rename UK chocolate to "Vegelate"! lol
Same price ocado, also have flake, boosts etc

I was disappointed that the bars were not packed in foil with a paper sleeve around them, like they used to. These are just the old designs printed on the plastic wrappers. Poor effort by Cadbury’s.
Do they use the old Cadburys recipe to make these bars or simply package them as such to profit from our nostalgia?
Thanks Op just bought 100 for Ebay next Christmas. I will change the sell by date with a Sharpie
