sorted byMy daughter was rear ended at a junction, watching the rear dash cam footage he was on the phone and the camera captured perfectly as he turned the phone screen to the front after impact.
He didn't realise we had rear footage and the police are currently preparing court documents.
Without that footage it's your word against theirs and they even claimed the car was parked up at work at the time of this incident so couldn't have been them.
I recommend the Viofo 129 duo for what it's worth. (edited)
