    Never used this type before only tap wrench how is it meant to get a grip on the nut with the flexi pipe being there?

    Its more for a monobloc tap (kitchen or bathroom) where you have copper or flexi tails screwed directly into the bottom of the tap. Theres normally a threaded bar screwed into the tap and on the underside a metal plate and a nut hold the tap in place . Its for that nut.
