Heat! Good reviews. Still expensive on Ryobi Eu. I was hoping for reductions on the new HP model but it doesn’t look like it’s happening

The HP model is a lot better but.. but. at this price I would say this model is a good buy. I got the HP model on a deal but was originally watching the price on this one.

This is a great deal. I can't really justify buying one as I've a corded sds drill from 25 years ago Ive only used about 30 times.
However the rest of my kit (I'm a busy diy/do a quick job for adult kids and elderly mother) is all ryobi one+
    Heat added

Thanks. I used your comment to sanity check my thinking and realised I also do not need one even though I use a lot of Ryobi tools, I have a corded SDS drill that only comes out when it's time to hang a tv on a wall...

My corded Bosch drill died at the weekend, so this is perfect timing.

Anyone had any experience with this version?

My corded Bosch SDS is still going strong - but fathers day is coming up!

I've used my uncles. I don't think it hits as hard as the Bosch, breaking up concrete, etc. Though it's light and compact and still puts holes through brick like butter.

i have this and can say has had a fair amount of use. Not as powerful as a corded one , however has more freedom up ladders ect. If mine died I would buy again , the hp one is heavier.

    good deal

Got this last time it was on special - not had time to try it out yet, but will be used for 'smaller' SDS jobs - I've got 'Big Betsy' (my screwfix Titan SDS) for the hardcore jobs

Tempted I have a automatic spanner thing which is Ryobi, but I've already got a SDS from the car boot for curtain rails :-)
