EE deals on S23 series are absolutely atrocious atm. Literally like £60-£70 p/m for a base S23...

60GB more data maybe worth it for an extra £20 over the 24 month term, even if you don't need it right now

No cashback from MDP? I mean the Samsung cashback offer (edited)

Unfortunately no, if you read their terms & conditions:
    samsung-offers.claims/sum…rms

It states "All applicable Promotion Products must be purchased SIM free from a Participating Retailer in order to qualify for a Reward in the Promotion. Purchases pursuant to a mobile network provider contract do not qualify."

Since this deal is for a contract, it is therefore not eligeable for cashback. If you purchase device SIM free through MPD then you can claim cashback. (edited)

I took this deal couple of days ago:
    Samsung S23+ 256GB + Free Galaxy Buds2 Pro + £300 Adidas Voucher for £799.
    Obviously no SIM etc.
    Which is better a deal?

I'd say your deal is slightly better. But it does ultimately depends on:
    1. 256GB vs 512GB data, what do you really need?
    2. Do you need the Galaxy Buds2 Pro & will use the Adidas Voucher? Or did you need a new contract?

If the Adidas voucher & Buds2Pro aren't worth much to you or you really needed more storage, then this deal would've been better.
