I have this one, can't say I find it slow myself and the defrost options work better than any I've had before.

But yes, don't expect to be able to see a thing through the door.

Samsung microwaves are rubbish. Tried to warm a plate of rice and curry for 3mins... Rice was piping hot chicken was cold on one side warm in another. Curry sauce around it was cold and one side burning hot.
I miss my basic Russell Hobbs microwave in just 1min 30sec everything would come out piping hot and even all round.

This takes longer to heat. Customer service is rubbish, spent 30 mins explaining the issue and was told that they will charge for the engineer to come.
If you can boil the water then it is working as expected.
For the price , it will look good in your kitchen.

2 negative feedbacks that keep getting mentioned in the reviews, and the comments on this post.
1: you can’t see through the glass.
2: it takes ages to heat!

I solved number one, Iv removed the glass from the door so I can watch my tomato soup go round and round.
I just need to solve number 2!

Had mine for nearly 4 years and still going strong. Paid £59 in 2019. Its scary how they can say its usually £104.. I'm used to not seeing through the door as who stares at food constantly when microwaving. I know when to check food and I don't really have any accidents.

The ceramic interior coating is a plus. No rust and easier to clean. That's one of the reasons I wanted one. Bit ended up with a flatbed one, which is easier to clean and no mess with the turning plate.

I bought this a couple years ago and works great for me. And the one reason I got it, you can press stop and get rid of the clock!

I don't get all the negative comments about not being able to see in.
A) why do you need to be able to watch your food cook.
B) Just open the door if you need to see inside 🤷

Porridge boils over real fast and leaves quite a mess. If you can see it getting to that point, you can stop it before.

Ive had this for about 1.5 years now, its great but the only drawback is how dark the door is! Looks sleek and classy but can be rather irritating not being able to see in!
