Does such a product exist where I can get an external drive / Nas / whatever and have it seamlessly linked to my Dropbox or Google drive account and manage the upload to the online account? Preferably without having to have a PC running and manage the config myself.

I'd love to be able to just dump and arrange media / photos on a local NAS but know if the drive dies it's all in the cloud and can easily be restored by just dropping in a new drive and turning it back on. (edited)

I find that the bigger the drive you go the longer seek times for reading after a short while of use. I'll need to checkout the read write speeds as this would be handy as I have 3x 4TB drives full of PS4 games and another 2x 1TB ones. Would be nice to transfer most to a single drive... but again worth checking the speed specs. Will update when I find out (edited)

Perfect timing, I've just filled my 5TB and need to upgrade to store all my partner's media when we move into our new house next week! Now to just figure out the best way to access the media library across multiple devices across the house.

Great amount of storage for the money, id be worried about failure though, would it be wise to have two set up in a mirrored array incase one failed? you could potentially lose everything! (Its happened to me before)
