sorted byInterestingly the pain elimination version used to use a very specific element, but that too 'disappeared', and was replaced with the hopeless chemical that all cheap brands boasting pain reduction use.
In other words, today you waste your money buying sensodyne over cheaper brands, since it uses the same additives as the cheaper brands.
"The reason that you currently don’t find toothpaste containing NovaMin in the USA is fairly simple... In the USA, toothpaste is regulated as a drug, whereas in the EU it’s regulated as a cosmetic."
But I otherwise agree, not much point paying a premium if it doesn't at least contain novamin. Just stick to any 1450ppm fluoride toothpaste if you can't get a novamin one.
