    How often do you replace filters in these?

    there is a filter life sensor on the unt, it starts the count down from 4,400 hours use. hope that helps

    I bought some electrostatic cotton anti-dust filters from AliExpress and wrapped that around the filter on my Hoover air purifier to prolong the filter life.
    Checked it at the weekend and will need replacing now but the original air filter underneath looks good as new so hoping to get a decent lifespan on the original filter.

    Just make sure you can get the filters, i bought a different brand from amazon. Amazing filter but im unable to get replacement filters. The only way i can actually swap them is to buy a new one from amazon, swap the filters and then return the whole unit.

    I still have 85% life in them so i will keep scouring the internet but so far its not looking good!

    As a hayfever sufferer, would this help my allergy, even with the trickle vents open in a bedroom for instance?

    I bet some one grabbed a second one and kept the filter before returning it. It sounds like a few people have done that because apparently replacement filters are not available.
