It’s not a massive step forward in any way and in some ways (thinking the lack of SEGA games) a step back…. But it’s not as bad as people make out, it feels like the DLCs should have been part of the base game and not additional paid content, I played with the DLC and the game would have felt empty without it.
My main gripe was that it barely pushes on narrative, at the pace 3 sets we’d need another 20 Shenmue games to finish the story.
