I bought one for £2.99 yesterday from the Grimsby Farmfoods and though that was a bargain compared to the £15 Tesco want!

Make your own - Bulk Powders do beef protein isolate powder (or use whey if you are happy with dairy) then add organic cacao powder and allulose to sweeten. Allulose doesn't spike insulin. Add fat from whatever source you prefer ie MCT, egg yolk, ghee and you can tweak it to fit your precise macros. Keto is NOT a one-size- fits-all lifestyle and your macros will be specific to you. These keto shakes are convenient to start keto but they're not part of a long term life. Also, please do google "keto hard boiled egg pudding" and thank me later

If I remember correctly this was knocking people out of ketosis because of the sweeteners! To me, this completely goes against the idea of keto

Well, if you eat too many calories, it won't matter how few carbs you're taking in.

Probably good as a snack; mixed with coffee and/or peanut butter; a bit of butter to make it a sort of "bulletproof coffee" type drink etc. (edited)

Yeah, it's not a "true" Keto product, but as long as you use it occasionally, it shouldn't be too problematic if you eat healthily for the most part.

I'd pay shipping + cost if anyone could pick up 2-3 and ship to NI. I can't even find it here and while it's not needed for keto I know, it sure helps me get minerals I otherwise wouldnt get while learning different foods.
