I’m in the market for a new electric toothbrush! I was considering sticking with Philips as I have quire a few unused heads! I may even go for an oral B from eBay!? I’m just wondering what other user’s opinions would be!? Thanks in advance.

Just switched from an Oral B electric to a Philips Sonicare about five weeks ago, and won't ever go back.

Had a cheap sonic toothbrush like the one linked in the post before I went to Oral B, and it left me with the opinion that Sonic toothbrushes were a useless fad. But that was just because it didn't have anything close to the power of the Sonicare range.

The scrubbing action of my Oral B electric toothbrush did clean my teeth and gums, but still left me with a hard plaque buildup forming, particularly on my bottom front teeth (Dentist says my saliva is abnormally acidic). I started using a sonic plaque remover, which got rid of it within seconds. So when it started coming back within a week, I decided to take the plunge and buy a Philips Sonicare brush that I noticed on Amazon for a knocked down price. Best toothbrush I have ever used, and it's not even a close race. Stopped that plaque buildup, and leaves my teeth feeling so much clearer than my previous electric brushes.

Bought one of these about 4 months ago, lasted two months and now the motors gone, don't bother.

Looks like the fairywill toothbrush which are often on offer with ebay voucher promotions. about the same price but with two units and well reviewed.

Sonic the toothbrush is the dentists favourite gaming character. Fact. 😁

If you are not in a hurry, you can order XIAOMI MIJIA T100 from AliExpress. It is quite good.

Fairywill twin deal is quite good.
Comes with a detail head which is very effective.

Looks like a fake Philips Sonicare.

Exactly why I voted cold, no way 9 out of 10 dentists recommend this garbage.

....really didn't like it especially how it felt ..

This is a really poor product, essentially a vibrating toothbrush, and nothing else.

Finally the efficiency we've been waiting for. Imagine the time saved.

Can anyone recommend replacement heads for the Lidl version of this?

    Would the Philips ones work?

    Thanks.

i’m surprised they didn’t call this “Sonicore”.

I bought a Philips one from John Lewis in March at a great price. Still a considered purchase for me, mind you. Great battery life and I’m sure it does a good job but I can’t get the hang of using it as I end up with splattered toothpaste everywhere. Maybe I should have bought a cheaper one like this to practice with. The jury is still out to be honest.

My dentist told me to ditch this and get a rotating circular electric brush. I doubt she told me it for fun, she didn't sell me the brush.
