Popped into my local Tesco today in Yeading to check for a copy of Pokémon Scarlet, when the lady at the counter got out the crate of games I asked her if I could check some other prices.

Pokémon was scanning at £21 (as per hotukdeals.com/sha…900 ), and Splatoon 3 was scanning at £20.

Also scanned Mario and Rabbids but that came back as full price, so not all games are reduced.

    I had to ask at Customer Services. They're moved all the games behind the counter in my local.

    Another nearby Tesco has a single stand with the latest games in, but the majority there are behind the counter

    Always go to the customer service desk and ask what they have as the dummy cases don't match up with the actual stock

    They have the same story, like other Pokémon games they just have different Pokémon available. They also have a different Professor, but that doesn't really have any effect on gameplay.

    Scarlet has a focus on the past and Violet on the future

    Cheers picked from Kidderminster, had about 4 or 5 left though staff are now aware of the price and the worker serving me seemed very interested.

    Labels were still full price so I assume they were only made aware when I came in a bought a copy of this and Party Superstars.

    Now what I know is Tesco is getting rid of all there game sections so this should be every store as long as there stocking it of course
