About this deal

Shame they don't appear to deliver as good quality fences.
This 5ft overlap fence panel is ideal for use in your garden to create privacy and security along boundaries. An alternative to traditional overlap panels that have 'waney-edged' boards, this version features straight-cut boards that give it cleaner, more contemporary lines. Its natural timber colour will blend attractively into any garden.
It is strengthened with the use of 5 vertical battens on each side. The 44mm frame adds additional strength and rigidity.
This panel further benefits from having been pressure treated, giving it a 15 year Anti-Rot guarantee. The panels can also be used without gravel boards. Made in the UK.
  • Clean lines, no waney-edge boards
  • Extra vertical battens for the ultimate construction
  • Pressure Treated with a 15 year Anti-Rot guarantee
  • Made in the UK
  • No annual retreatment needed

Don't go for cheap B&Q ones won't last. Buy from local timber merchants, usually much better quality. This one looks good too. (edited)

You can get 6x6ft lap panels dip treated for around this price, including delivery from most places. Not sure how this is a deal for a smaller panel that requires paint and collection

Pressure treated is the better treatment as far as I know. Does not need painting initially unless you want a colour change. (edited)

Most branches will likely deliver for free if the order is over £100. Just phone up or go into branch. This is speaking from experience in the SE

When I did my fencing, I used concrete posts and gravel boards, then to keep costs down, £10 panels from Wickes. 5 years later they began to fail so I went to my local timber merchants. The quality was like chalk and cheese. If you can afford to, pay a little more, if not buy cheap and save up ready for a few years time.
