  • At M4 J42, exit on to A483 towards Swansea/Abertawe (signposted Fabian Way).
  • Follow for approx 4.5 miles.
  • At 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left into SA1 Waterfront development.
  • At the roundabout, take 2nd exit on to Langdon Rd.
  • Hotel is on the left.

Due to refurbishment work at this hotel, our rooms will have restricted views from the windows as there is scaffolding to the exterior of the building. We also expect some noise from construction work from 8am. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

For energy efficiency reasons, the bedroom windows do not open. Rooms are fitted with air conditioning.

    Cheap because Building work going on scaffolding around building it says on website and no free parking

    We have stayed here it's very nice ,car park the side of premier inn chargeable

    Stayed there few month back, got a lovely room with a scaffold enriched view and majestic car park behind. No extra charge for that. There is, however, an extra charge should you wish to leave your car there (on the parking, not scaffold).

    Just been. I wouldn't go again. Place is kinda run down. Scaffolding outside.
