Swansea Waterfront:

Hotel Parking:
Chargeable onsite parking is available at £6 for 24 hours. Please note the machines will only accept coins so, those wishing to pay by card can do so using the Ringgo app. There is also a height restriction of 2.3 metres.

Directions:

• At M4 J42, exit on to A483 towards Swansea/Abertawe (signposted Fabian Way).
• Follow for approx 4.5 miles.
• At 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left into SA1 Waterfront development.
• At the roundabout, take 2nd exit on to Langdon Rd.
• Hotel is on the left.

Important Information
Due to refurbishment work at this hotel, our rooms will have restricted views from the windows as there is scaffolding to the exterior of the building. We also expect some noise from construction work from 8am. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

For energy efficiency reasons, the bedroom windows do not open. Rooms are fitted with air conditioning.
