Check trustpilot for reviews on how sygic seem to have a tendency to charge again for "for life " things and add ons.

I know. I am one of the ripped customers.

I've used Sygic for the last seven or eight years, maybe more, and find it to be an excellent gps navigator. I bought the "lifetime" licence and have had no problems so far, even after putting it on numerous devices.
This price of £14.40 seems to be around what they've been charging for the full edition fir several months, in fact they're offering it to me, as they do periodically, for £12.90, so this isn't really a deal.

The way that this Sygic company operates is disgusting. I purchased a lifetime license (Basic World and Europe + Traffic) before they went this ridiculous route of subscription licensing.

The license I purchased included cameras, traffic, and 4 map updates per year. Since then, in every update, they took away features one by one. The greed did not stop there. The last update took away my whole European full license, live traffic, notifications, and Bluetooth.

Not to mention that the app is full of its own ads! Now they also gather marketing data. What a disgrace!

I hope that people will see through your dishonest operation and you will get busted. Your greed will never give you the support of users Sygic and you are nothing without users. You stole my money!

Quite soon Google Maps will have "Immersive View" so your satnav will look similar to this.

Why this instead of Waze? I wonder where their driving and traffic data is regurgitated from (probably Waze!)

They use TomTom traffic data apparently. Do TomTom ever have any offers on, can't seem to find any info

Used to use this, but found Copilot far better and ran much smoother.
Just no need for either any more. Google maps does it all and better.
Nothing like the live traffic updates it gives for avoiding accidents etc.
