The Gym Kitchen Mighty Meat Pizza 230g

A stone baked protein pizza base topped with tomato sauce, champignon mushrooms, spicy chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion, cooked beef and mini pepperoni salami

What are Macros?

Macro is short for macronutrients, a term used to describe the three key food groups we all require for our bodies to function: carbohydrates (to fuel energy), fats (to keep you satiated) and proteins (to build and repair muscle).

Here at The Gym Kitchen

We don't think food should be boring or tasteless. So we've created a range of pizzas that contain no funny business, are macro-counted and most importantly taste awesome.

  • Macro Counted

  • 390 Kcal Per Pizza
  • 1 of Your 5 a Day

Toppings are nice enough but the base is dreadful, like cardboard.

Definatly agree. Its not bad at the price for an easy lunch but the base gets hard to eat in places

What? Someone made a meat feast pizza healthy! Legend

Whats healthy about a highly processed frozen pizza? Low calories does not mean healthy

Agree with the base comment above but it was quite nice actually. I set myself a goal to lose 2stone before I ate a pizza again and because my mindset had changed, I went with this one instead of a big takeaway one. Less than 400 cals is perfect. "No ragrets"

It is small but nice I guess for 1.25 its alright

I'm in a tight deficit. I usually use this as a sort of flat bread and fill with lertuce/salads stuff and siracha. Decent enough for a change

The base is like concrete on these terrible! The myprotein ones in iceland 3 for £10 are way better.

My local has a chicken tikka frozen meal for £0.75. Had the price up for weeks and finally had some last week when I was in

Macro Counted? What on earth is that supposed to mean
    Uthman_Hamid's avatar
Means the nutritional macro information is available. Kinda pointless tho since pretty much everything from the supermarket will provide these as according to the law

    cb-uk's avatar
You'll need at least a six pack to wash it down

lol 3.8 grams of saturates is 20 percent of daily requirement but 5.3g of sugar is only 6 percent and we wonder why diabetes rates are only going up LOL. (edited)

Well you obviously shouldn't eat it every day... but 22g protein a lot of people actually eat pizza to bulk

Bought 2 today ,had one tonight, the base is awful,as others have said like cardboard. And horrible after taste ,not voting either way (edited)
