sorted byFor all the purist's out there: My in-laws were a mixture of North and Southern Indian... None of them cooked. They had maids. The most recent maid (amazing women with the patience of a saint) was from Sri Lanka. Nearly everywhere is fusion...
Yes, there are some very traditional recipes out there for every culture, but books like this are a great welcoming to tastes of the world for many people.
