sorted byThe sort of degenerates that go round stabbing people on 'the scoreboard' wouldn't be interested in a tool such as a swiss army knife anyway, firstly few of them have locking blades, and secondly a kitchen knife is bigger, cheaper and more menacing for the little cowards to take to school with.
Unfortunately this country now has strict rules on locking blades at the expense of a real safety mechanism, despite the fact that most knife crime occurs with large fixed blades which are illegal to carry anyway. (edited)
