    Are these only in NI?

Usually NI is a few months ahead of GB. Look out for this in oct/Nov for us

They sell a few different drills. The 20V impact drill is very good.

It's a cheap price but there's no way I would buy one of these. So many people with similar but different branded machines have reported motors burning out, constant fence and/or table alignment issues, weak/broken castings etc. which just puts me right off.

Yep, cheap nasty materials/terrible motors/inaccurate planning table that rocks side to side/thickness table not always level to the adjustable bed/cutter block bearings fail and far too noisy even when it's not cutting.

So I purchased one and discovered that the outfeed table was set too high and not adjustable. I returned it for a replacement to find much the same with the 2nd. I decided to have a go at levelling the outfeed using sandpaper stuck to a mirror (float glass) to wear away the high points. That was slow going so I used a random orbital sander to attack the high points and spent over an hour until I gave up. Decided to test the jointer again though and it actually made enough of a difference. It's not perfectly flat but wood passed over the planer no longer bangs against the outfeed.

If you want one that is calibrated already I'd suggest the SCHEPPACH HMS860 which is almost the same thing but costs twice as much.
