    i have an M7650, the model up from this. They're decent, but for around this money or just a little more you could pick a used Nighthawk M1 which is loads better. (edited)

    Could you put an unlimited data sim in this and use instead of broadband? Anyone recommend a unlimited data sim or are they all capped at a certain amount data can use a month?

    Yes. There are unlimited data Vodafone SIMs available for £25 after cashback, happy to send you some links. However I suggest testing which network works best for you since Vodafone may be awful in your area.

    I've been using a cheap 5g phone for hotspot giving me good 5g speeds average around 150mbs I tried this but battery let's it down the more connected the quicker battery goes and internet speed is slow average around 20mbs vs phone 150mbs I also get over 10hrs with my phone hotspot
