Steviol glycosides based granular table top sweetener.
0 calorie. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.Stevia Leaf Extract The sweet taste of Truvia® calorie-free sweetener comes from the extract of the stevia leaf, a plant that has been enjoyed for its delicate sweetness for centuries. Dried stevia leaves are steeped in water. This unlocks the best tasting part of the leaf which is then purified. Erythritol Next, we blend with erythritol, a sweetener produced by a fermentation process, to give a sugar-like texture. Natural Flavourings Finally, natural flavourings compliment the clean sweet taste of Truvia calorie-free sweetener.

Good price & would advise this for everyone to try out for themselves.

It tastes very good & you use a 3rd as much as this as sugar & it has zero calories & much better than aspartame (which possibly causes cancer according to WHO) for your body.

Best advice though is maybe to cut out all sugar & alternatives all together.

Aspartame is in the same 'carcinogenic' category as pickled vegetables. Scaremongering at the very least.

The Erythritol is from the alcohol that comes from a manufacturing process.

It is a sugary taste that is a natural zero calories and not artificial.

Like with a lot of other ingredients I suspect it's all about how much 'aspartame' you actually consume, and there lies the problem. Do we all have the time to scrutinise every item we put into our shopping trolley?

Read at your will lol. I gave up half way through .
