sorted byIt tastes very good & you use a 3rd as much as this as sugar & it has zero calories & much better than aspartame (which possibly causes cancer according to WHO) for your body.
Best advice though is maybe to cut out all sugar & alternatives all together.
It is a sugary taste that is a natural zero calories and not artificial.
