As i understand it, you can fill in your details/make an account and they will send you a coupon to get these pampers free from your local shop. Seems like a good deal if you need them as from what i hear they are quite expensive.

Worth doing and donate to local food bank. The collection baskets are right by the checkouts too.

Indeed. I notice that in food bank collection trolleys, nappies are almost always size 1 which are newborn size. I understand that if people wish to donate nappies then size 1 is a good option because they are, by far the cheapest in terms of price per nappy. But, I do wonder if food banks get swamped with smaller sizes and not bigger sizes. My daughter is 3 and still in nappies due to having additional needs. She's in size 5 or 6 and our 9 month old is in size 3 (soon to be 4). We've never needed to use a food or baby bank but realise we may need to one day, like many other families, sadly. I do try to donate some bigger sizes too, often unopened packs which our little one has grown out of before we've had chance to use them up!

If people are happy to register with companies for free nappies for the purpose of donating, please consider using the coupons etc for some of the bigger sizes. Pampers go up to size 8 I think, and it's often children who have disabilities or health conditions who need the larger sizes. I'm certain all sizes are badly needed, not just ones for little babies. what is the poonami?

Edit: Oh I see: poo-nami. I was reading it poon-ami, and was thinking this is grossly inappropriate LOL (edited)

A poonami is basically a tsunami made out of poo.

Nappies are expensive. So, free nappies could be posted all day in my opinion

Maybe if you don’t need for your family donate to food bank they are always grateful for nappies to give out.
