Not sure why it has a 4% discount.

Not hard to find other suppliers that are at a similar price.

Not worth queuing for 30 minutes to save the odd penny or two.

Definitely, it's all about timing at Costco 😔

Definitely not as good a discount as last year or so. In the Midlands diesel is 149.9 and a more local garage is 1p more. Gone are the days where it was 5-10p cheaper per litre.

Now debating if I'm going to renew this year as the offers don't seem to be as good as they once were

Just allowed mine to lapse for the same reason

Before 12pm best time to visit and after 7pm

I have never waited 30 mins to get petrol, and I always go different times.

I got stuck for 20mins+ when I went a weekday lunchtime a few months ago in Stevenage. Price difference between my cheapest local and Costco isn't as big as it used to be (edited)

It seems their margins are going up like all the Issa Brother garages..aka Asda. It is a consideration as local garages here in South Wales are almost similar to Costco.

138.9 near me (Oldham Costco) compared to Asda at 141.9 so only 3ppl. Definitely only worth it if going there for shopping.

NB we have some of the best tap water in the country, soft and no limescale etc, yet still Oldham shoppers pile their carts up with 500ml plastic bottles of Kirkland water, nice landfill (these clowns won't recycle) and no different water than tap, idiots. Bugs me every time I go, I want to ask each and every one why are you buying these, so un-sustainable!

I used to buy them as it's hard to install tap water in my car

Costco near me have narrowed the difference in price to local fuel stations to
just 4p on diesel recently, it used to be 8-10p so I don’t go out of my way to fill up at Costco anymore & the warehouse gets less business from as a consequence

Yep, filled up at Oldham Costco this morning and was straight in. These last few months the queues were berserk.

I don't know how you feel the differences, but for me it is felt in favor of Costco, the car runs completely differently than Asda or Morisson fuel, so not only the price, but it is premium for a reason

Shouldn't make a difference, the only difference is they contain so called performance enhacing addatives & cleaning agents, personally i don't notice any difference in mpg or performance with my car whether filling up at Costco or the local jet station (edited)
