    I quit social media years ago but can't break my screen time habit... Its ridiculous, I find myself looking at my phone for no reason at all.

    Take 2 to 3 days away from any Social Media App, you will soon realise you don't need it anymore.

    Thank God HUKD isnt social media, because I use that a lot...

    I deleted social media about 6 years ago but have seemingly substituted it with and unhealthy hot deals habit instead
