My point is that vans are the same quality as a 9 quid pair. Believe me, every single pair of shoes I have is vans, I have about 14 pairs I think, and most are falling apart and need gluing periodically. They look good but the build quality is awful, and they even brought out a new 'light' design which is even worse, they weigh almost nothing and are twice as flimsy. It will be very hard for a knockoff pair to last any less than a pair of vans, anyway I have ordered some so will see
Oh. Guess this was a hot deal after all.
My last pair of Van's lasted me over a year before they were demoted to work commute trainers and they're still in one piece, bit of a false economy for me to spend 9 quid every couple of months for a knock off pair
Discovered you can buy knock off vans for about 9 quid from china, so no more vans for me. I only bought them in big BIG sales <20 quid because although they look awesome they're absolute garbage quality as a brand. Every non-formal pair of shoes I have is vans I bought on the super cheap, and they have to be replaced every couple of months or glued back together. Dunno why anyone would pay 46 quid for a pair.
Imagine what they’ll charge when all their competition goes out of business.
