    Don’t waste your money on a coffee press, even the most basic coffee machine will make better coffee. (edited)

    I wouldn't say that. Depends how you like your coffee. French press, espresso, filter etc all have different tastes profiles. I would personally prefer this or a filter coffee over an espresso machine for example.
