I hope this vtech stuff has got better but it was all absolute trash when my kids were small .
Really frustrating , hardly functional and the tech felt 10 years out of date .

i bought a couple for my kids 3 or 4 years ago and thought they where really good.. lots of features, camera, stop watch, calendar, step counter, calculator and games. plus extra games can be downloaded on to them and the battery lasts ages too. i got my son a star wars one and my mate (in his 40s) wanted it lol. We have had two of these fail on our 5 year old. After 13 months the first one would not charge or turn on. Contacted V-Tech who had zero interest and were not willing to even sell me a battery. Amazon decided to be a bit nicer and sent a replacement, that lasted 3 months before opening the camera app or pressing the camera button made it crash and restart. Have done a full reset, etc but it is knackered.

Absolute garbage quality and no aftercare from the manufacturer. E-waste to avoid.
