The nutritional information states that they're between 4-5g sugar per 100g. You might think that they're vile, but they're not really a "lump of sugar" :-)

do not buy these, i’ve tried many protein snacks and i even force myself to eat the ones that are bad most of the time but these took the cake, i had to throw nearly 2 full boxes away because they’re genuinely disgusting

I agree with this. I actually quite like the blueberry yoghurt ones. Microwaving the choc orange ones made them much more edible as didn't like those really. Not tried microwaving the others but worth a try if you haven't already. About 20 secs I've found is best
