I've stayed here. The hotel is out in the sticks with farms all around it and a little village a short drive away. You'll be welcomed by the strong smell of manure upon arrival but you'll have got used to it by the next morning 🤧

Why people buy from Wowcher? It is the worst company who brazenly takes money from customers, do no deliver service and refuse refunds or give credit which you have to use on their website within 2 months. They are mafia and owned by media group, so no one questions them.

It is starting to really nark me that Wowcher and the like don't do the hotel breaks for lone travellers - it's always for 2 people!

if you go into York make sure you book the toilet before hand, your access to the shambles, your seat in costa or nero basically book everywhere in advance.

Not sure Quidco is 8%, looks like 1.5% for existing customer and 6% for new customer.
Rates are slightly higher on TCB.
Anyhow, use of a non-approved voucher code will result in Quidco and TCB cashback being declined. (edited)

Mine tracked at 8% as existing customer , always worth clicking cashback , might get paid most do , they always have that clause on every page on Quidco

Oh and prepared to pay like 4 quid for a brownie the size of ya small finger and 6 quid for a small cup of earl gray if your into that. It's very international tourist based for prices which is rob dog for us UK common folk.
