sorted byFor 5 minutes extra work you could buy approx 400gms of frozen at sea Haddock or Cod from most supermarkets for around £3.50 . Rinse under running water for a couple of minutes to get rid of the ice glaze then flour , dip in a beaten egg and breadcrumb or coat in oatmeal then shallow or deep fry . A little more time for a cheaper and much more flavourfull dish .
