No. This is a car battery designed to start an engine & then be recharged. You need a battery that is designed for constant drain.
You will also need an inverter.

Not as good as they used to be , had two fail in 6 years......just replaced a Inci Aku branded battery in another car after 12 years.

Driving for 20min is only takes back battery to state it was before you start the car. It doesn't mean that alternator will charge it fully. If you ever charge your battery with charger you know that process is about >8hr or longer.
