Fitbit free premium trial?

I've opened an account with Fitbit, got the option of a 90 day free trial of premium, but getting a Fitbit charge 6 which I think comes with 6 months free trial. Can I tag the 6 months on to the 90 days? Can't seem to find a coherent answer on fitbits forums?
