Note that they don't provide any data on how long cashback takes to be payable, so it could require 6 months or more of payments even on a 30 day contract. For the example tariffs, that comes to ~£13.50 for 6 months of a very low plan with the hope of £13 back. If cashback pays out then 50p for 6 months is not too bad if the plan is sufficient. (edited)
