Hyperoptic internet offering lower price if you leave order in your basket
I had an order ready to confirm in the basket yesterday. Added all my details, phone number, address, payment details etc, so all I had to do was press confirm.
It was done via USwitch, so £36 per month for 24 months for 1GB internet, which was £864 total. I got distracted, and left it for another day.
This morning I get a phone call from Hyperoptic regarding my "interest", told them my scenario, and he said he could reduce it - offered me £33 per month instead (for the same pkg), which would now be £792.
Its not earth shattering numbers, but its the first time I have had a better deal purely by leaving it in the basket.
