If you can hold off until Black Friday there will likely be a 50% off deal from the Playstation store, buy top-up funds from Shopto to get it a little cheaper.
I'd personally go for the PS+ Extra tier if you want to play 100s of games with lots of top AAA games as well, it could save you alot of money.
