Sim / eSim for Turkey

I would like to get an Uber from Istanbul airport to my hotel in a few weeks time and therefore will need a simcard with data on it.
Can anyone share knowledge on the most cost effective method of getting data for things such as Uber, whatsapp messages etc.

DUuation of stay is 8 nights

    Don't forget to mention the cost of upgrading to an eSIM compatible phone guys. 2020 iPhone SE or higher, and top end Samsungs...
