Virgin Media Online Chat - How to access?

Found this but don't know how to do it. Does it not work? Do they have an online chat?

Edit: I can't sign up for account as need an account number. Just joined contract with them today.

    Be patient , wait for the email\paper work to come through confirming your package and your account number, then if it's still incorrect you will be able to chat online with support and get any issues resolved.
    Unlike most on here it seems I've always found their account support to be pretty good. I always use the WhatsApp option as I can then see the chat history as a single conversation plus you aren't stuck in front of a pc screen waiting for replies.

    Do you not have an account number on the contract paperwork? If not you'll need to call them.
