I want to know what are hukd's plans to be compliant with the new ASA guidelines on advertising variable price telecoms contracts that go live on 15-Dec-2023 (as 6 months grace period ends on this day)

I believe you will need to update your own guides on how such deals are posted and moderated.

However, I have now raised this with the team to discuss the implications and determine if this disclaimer requires further updates or review before the ASA changes on the 15th of December. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Thanks for raising this internally. I believe the guidelines require changes to how the deals are published and described. I hope hukd is compliant with the new rules in time.
