Agreed and the cut was much better too, tapering at the waist to give you shape. I still have a couple of old Gap tops (yes they lasted well) back when they classed me as a size 'S'. Now I'm 'XXS' thanks to vanity sizing. Gap really need to step up. How have they not gone under?

I find Gaps 'normal' prices ridiculous for the quality of clothes they now sell. Back ten or so years ago the quality of the material was very good, colours didnt fade, the clothes lasted ages and even after a ton of washes looked good as new... not anymore. No different to George / F&f / Primark etc. Only ever worth it in the sale with an extra x amount off...

If you pay full price for GAP, you’re not a true HUKDer.

They had a better offer on a couple of days ago, extra 25% off of all sale prices. Id only ever buy in the sale as Gap isn't what it used to be in terms of quality etc.. plus, everything only ever stays full price for a matter of weeks as gap always seem to throw a sale.. a bit like dfs

Heat added! Good quality gear from here and usually only buy from sales at the outlet.

Lots of votes but no comments :( is a flat 40% off not good enough or is this a duplicate posting. Would post examples but it's basically off everything but leather and kids / baby shoes. They T and C's were in my description but have been axed it seems.

GAP used to be good...................a long time ago. They've been failing for years now an still trying to shift tat at inflated prices. The stores (those which are left) just have a permanent sale.

Everyone gets 50% off in gap outlets everyday, even more with 20% newsletter sign up and other week they had an extra 30% off. What's difference between gap and gap outlet, are they end of season stock or seconds etc

Been scanning the site all morning, some bargains to be had. Newsletter sign up 20% works on all the stuff in this up to 50% off, usually only stacks on full price items. Couldnt get the Gap+ 5% to work though.

£5 for me but won’t be using. PM for code. Cba with Gap anymore, horrendous quality and awful customer service. Had a pair of chinos recently, washed once and colour came completely out. So, great if you don’t intend on ever washing your clothes, but personally, I’d to have the option!!!
