I hate this company but good discount.
Tried on June 20, 2017 and code has expired
Expired - only until the 11th June or May?
Same here says expired
website says code expired every time I try using it
it worked fantastic
no good if you are using it to go to an airport. damn :(
Sadly no longer works for me :(
Code is expired but the 15% offer below is active and is currently 30%!
Click on the get code. I don't know if it's still valid as I posted two weeks ago. Worth a try!
How do I get his code to work? Is it still active? Please advise :-)
Heat added :D is that to much for vouchers ? to late :p
Am i being really thick? I can't see the code. Thanks
Just used this today and saved a few quid compared to going through the main website. Thank you for that :)
Comparing these prices against those listed on their normal site and the total fare is £4 more!!! Sod this, voted cold.
Thanks for this, just used it now. It's been double to 30% also, but may not apply to the funfare. Normally my trip woulda been £101 with funfare, it was now £78 with a non-fun fare. Checked with support, they said I won't need my phone.
Does this need to be o2 customers?
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Here's a link: http://www.nationalexpress.com/waystosave/promocodes.aspx Hope that helps :)
ta daisy useful but where do I put the promo code as cannot see the box!! Which page any idea?
That may be right meeko. Shame the English, Scottish and Welsh don't get their saints days as national holidays.
I presume beerthebishop is in Northern Ireland and thus just expressing St Paddy's day joy!? (_;)
Sorry, beerthebishop, tickets have to be booked today for travel from tomorrow onwards.
We're off today yeee haaaaaaa!!!!
If anyone has a code I would appreciate it, I have some ultraviolet codes for films I could offer. I'm just about to spend £100 so any savings would be great.
i would be grateful for it
me please :)
they have now sent me a 10% off code if anyone is interested
hi I have given the code to someone I think it was only a one time deal sorry
Just bought this ticket and it says student ID is required on the printout ticket... I then reprinted from NatEx and the new ticket doesn't mention the ID but will I stil be required to show ID? (same as queston above..) :) Just want to make sure, don't want to end up not being allowed on the coach... Thanks
I understand that, thanks, I've printed that copy… but I want to be sure the driver doesn't have some sort of log where it wants ID. So has anyone managed to use these fine?
Weirdly I can log in on the normal website but not on the page where I can type in the discount code?
See earlier posts. If you do a reprint from the NatEx site, it removes the line where it says to show student ID.
Can I still get on the coach using this discount even though I'm not a student?
its ridiculous, I travel regular with them and when I followed the instructions it took me to a different set-up to normal and the prices were far higher than I expected..... my return trip cost £44 WITH the discount. I booked EXACTLY the same trip using the normal method and got it for £29 !!!!! ?????? Ive complained to them about misleading advertising and they have really embarrassed themselves in their response.
Didnt work for me either :(
poor deal, you have to book 7 days in advance, and it looks like you have to book a trip in order to get the 25% code to use on a future trip. read the fine print....
Didnt work for me :(
And they expired it because it got too much attention.
:) Shame though...with everything so expensive, it was a huge help to us...as they say...'every little helps!' Be good if they issued a 'regular user' code though :) Loyalty code .......
They've had it going for a very very long time, at least a couple of years now. Should have kept it to myself :)
I suggest we all contact National, and ask them politely, as a gesture of goodwill, during the economic crisis, if they could issue a code for all regulars.... :)
National Express have expired it, as it was for Bristol uni users only, so you have to book to, and from, Bristol only. This was very useful for my husband who travels every week on National. It would be good for them to issue a loyalty code for regular users ...really disappointed :(
Crap, bought one today before I saw this. What are the chances.
Thanks, that worked for me :) I'm using Internet Explorer 9
You need to you register separately on the promotion website, as opposed to the main nationalxpress.com site. So click through to the promo site but DO NOT register straight away. If you do, you'll be taken back to the main site's registration page. That will not work with the 'bristoluni' code. Enter your journey details and select the relevant times. When you get the warning 'This promotion code may only be used by registered users who are logged in... etc', look under the user name and password boxes and you'll see 'Click here to sign up now'. You need to register using that particular option. Anything else and the purchase fails. I used firefox but I suspect the other main browsers work just as well. Good luck!
just worked! if you try internet explorer or mozilla firefox rather than chrome it seems to do the job. :) yay
How did you get it to work??? I've been trying for a week and a half now and it's still telling me that the code may only be used for those who are registered with NE, even though I did register!!! PLEASE HELP?! I need to book a coach for this friday!
Glad it's still working not sure why someone expired it as it was just a fault with the site rather than it being expired...
Brilliant, thank you! Just got return coach travel for two from Edinburgh to London for £50!
just bought 1. thanksss
Arhg, good deal but should make that 1 week in advance bit clearer!!!!
very handy thanks OP!
Funfares are only available to certain destinations. If you're travelling on a different route, this is definitely a good offer!
Sadly expires 24/3... Only works when booking 7 days in advance. Great code though!
its not working for me!!
Tried to use... there are a bunch of terms and conditions... (which means its not good for me... but I am sure it could make many people happy). The following rules apply to this promotion. Must be booked at least 7 days in advance Services to or from Birmingham NEC are excluded Only valid for UK journeys Only valid for outward travel between 1 Sep 2010 and 31 Mar 2011 Only valid for return travel between 1 Sep 2010 and 31 Mar 2011 Open dated journeys not allowed Open jaw journeys not allowed
To use this to make airport transfers (and have an easier interface), go from here and enter the promo code: http://www.nationalexpress.com/coach/Offers/Discounts/promocodes.cfm
According to National Express, Northern Ireland isn't in the UK, so the promotional voucher doesn't work. Nice.
cheers op nice saving
