What a farce website.. Progress to checkout depends on email input... I'm now plagued by reminder emails to checkout stock they haven't got...
When you go to order it states oos but authorises payment so as to reduce money available from my bank. When you phone Vans they have an automated recording saying to contact them through website. So so so poor service!
My son's just stole my new pair of Vans, got them out yesterday for first time, worn them once he was like those look alright they'll fit me now shall we share them. Me been the softy that I am was just like no you can have them. So now I'm after another pair for myself.
Shame they all sold, could do with a new pair (lol)
I've expired it now. Thanks for going to the trouble of checking all those sizes (y)
Yeah it looks like they have now all sold out, but still showing stock. They were sizes available to purchase yesterday when I posted. Had a look a few things in the Outlet this morning and same situation shows stock but go to checkout and it isn't available :(
The site is bugged, it shows sizes 3-12 are available but once you get through to final checkout they're OOS. Just checked them all to save people wasting time.

How to Redeem a Vans Discount Code
Posted by Matthew Carrington
With their stylish high-grip skate shoes, hoodies and bags, Vans is one of the go-to fashion labels for today's active shoppers. And you can often make huge savings with the right Vans promotional code. Here's how to use one when you find Vans deals which catch your eye:
Choose a Vans discount code from the hotukdeals. Copy the code or write it down, then head to the Vans store.
Choose sizes and add items to your cart, then press “Proceed to Checkout.”
At the next stage, look for a box marked “Have a promo code?”.
Paste or write the Vans promo code in the box provided.
Now, press “Apply” and your order subtotal should be reduced according to the terms of the deal.
After that, you can finish shopping as normal.
Do Vans do student discount?
Yes they do. Members of the UNiDAYS scheme can claim 10% savings across the board at Vans. Just sign up here and start shopping ASAP.
Do Vans do NHS discount?
No, there is no special key workers discount at Vans. However, if you need reliable footwear or backpacks you can often find them for less via Vans promo code deals, so be sure to check the hotukdeals listings when making a purchase.
Are Vans vegan?
Generally, yes. Vans tries hard to cater for vegan lifestyles, and its iconic skating shoes are almost always available in animal-free canvas versions. The same applies to products like backpacks and accessories. However, be sure to pick the right options when shopping, as non-vegan products are also on offer.
Do Vans do half sizes?
Usually, yes. According to Vans size charts, adults can buy shoes in half sizes up to size 11. Above that point, only whole numbers are available. Half sizes are available for all children's shoes.
Do Vans run big or small?
Generally speaking, Vans shoes and accessories run true to size. This means that you can usually trust the sizes displayed on product listings. Size guides are available to help you choose, and free returns mean that you can easily rectify mistakes.
Do Vans shoes stretch?
Yes. One common aspect of Vans shoes is that they will stretch over time to accommodate the size and shape of the wearer's feet. That's one of the features that have made the brand so appealing to skaters and urban fashion fans.
When does Vans have sales?
Vans tends to schedule plenty of deals around the summer months when kids are away from school and vacations take place, but expect Vans sale bargains during the Black Friday and Christmas periods, as well as a range of Vans code offers throughout the year.
Is Vans free returns?
Yes, Vans does offer free returns. Providing you return items within 30 days of receipt, you can send them back using special prepaid returns labels and there won't be any postage fees.
Is there a Vans outlet?
Yes there is. If you want to access the lowest Vans prices around, the Outlet store is the first place to look. It usually hosts deals reducing headline prices by 50% or more, so it's well worth bookmarking.
Is there a Vans newsletter?
Yes there is, and it's a great source of information about product launches, discounts, and one-of-a-kind Waffle Drops featuring limited editions. Sign up here to stay in the loop when new Vans promotions appear.
When was Vans founded?
Vans was founded in March 1966 in the city of Anaheim, California by Jim and Paul Van Doren, Serge Delia and Gordon Lee. It started out as a company making rubber-soled footwear, and has kept a focus on comfortable active-wear ever since.
Who owns Vans?
The modern company is owned by VF Corporation, a Colorado based footwear group which also owns major brands like Timberland and Eastpak.
How did Vans get their name?
Simple. The brains behind the brand were the Van Doren brothers. Vans is just an extension of their family name, and it has stuck ever since the company was created.
Shipping Options from Vans
When it comes to delivery, Vans offers a few different online options. To help you pick a shipping method that works for you, here are the main settings available at the checkout:
Free of charge for all orders. Most products arrive within 5-7 working days (5-7 weeks for customised products). Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday and orders placed before 10:00pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Items can be delivered to CollectPlus locations across the UK. This service is also free, and items arrive in 5-7 working days. Sunday collections are possible at many CollectPlus partners.
All shipments can be tracked if you need extra assurance. You will find a tracking link in the “Order Confirmation” email.
The Vans Returns Policy
Vans provides all customers with a 30 day window to decide whether to keep their items. Returns are possible in most cases, although customised products are excluded and items must be in their original condition. If your items qualify, here's how to make a return:
Live Chat: If you head to the Vans store, you'll notice a small Chat icon in the bottom right corner. Click the icon and you'll be able to talk directly to customer service representatives.
Post: Send any mail to Vans parent company VF Outdoor at: N850 County Rd CB, Appleton, WI 54914, United States.
In some cases, it won't make sense to take the effort of contacting Vans staff. Instead, you can probably clear up simple queries via the excellent Vans FAQ section which can be found here.
Vans on Social Media
Vans is the kind of brand which is always securing celebrity partnerships, running product launches and generally providing content for fans. It has a News section of its own, which offers regular updates, but true fans will want to hook up with the brand via social media. There are various ways to do so, including these popular channels:
Ever since 1966, Vans has created “Off the Wall” footwear and apparel for skaters, skiers, boarders, surfers – you name it. Famous for its chequered rubber-soled skate shoes, the brand offers everything from hi-top sneakers to rugged backpacks. There's actually a lot more to Vans than meets the eye, so let's dive in and explore what the company has to offer.
Discovering the Vans Product Range
Vans started out as a footwear manufacturer, and there's no doubt that trainers remain right at the heart of what they do. But don't be fooled. Vans has become a dependable outdoor brand, a place to buy bags and luggage, and a handy clothing merchant for urban essentials. This means that every shopper should take a look around, but to help you shop, here are the main product areas.
Old Skool Trainers
The Old Skool range is probably Vans' most famous creation. With their low profile, thick rubber soles and superb comfort levels, Old Skool shoes are great for socialising and sports alike. There are plenty of colourways, as well as tie-ins with musical celebs like Denzel Curry. All feature the Vans side stripe which has become their calling card.
Vans have also become famous for their slip-on designs. These shoes come without laces, and have a similar low profile and thick sole. Comfortable, easy to use, and stylish too, they can be used equally well as slippers and outdoor footwear. Plain versions are available, but the two tone chequerboard design is the most iconic of all.
A more recent creation from Vans, the Sk8 collection features good-looking and comfortable hi-top trainers that are – as the name suggests – designed for skaters to enjoy. Solid soles and supported heels combine with tough materials and colourful exteriors to produce lightweight boots that will protect boarders when they really need it.
With their ultra-low slung design, Era trainers resemble plimsolls and offer an excellent option for those who need to remain agile and nimble. Very flexible, Era shoes are comfortable to wear, affordable, and available in a huge range of colours and patterns. Pick a few to create a charismatic outdoor shoes collection.
Footwear isn't all that's on offer at Vans, far from it. Men, women and kids alike will find hoodies, t-shirts, shorts, jackets, smart shirts, polos, vests, leggings, dresses, skirts – you name it. Options range from artistic tops created in conjunction with New York's MoMa, to plain shirts with the Vans logo prominently displayed. And with plenty of choice there should be something for everyone.
If you are looking for gift ideas, Vans' accessories collection could work well. Shop for socks, beanies, caps, sunglasses, wallets, belts, key chains, shoe-care products, replacement laces, and much more. Be sure to check out special collections as well. Vans has worked with everyone from the Simpsons to Anderson Paak, so again all tastes should be covered.
Vans have been creating reliable, rugged backpacks for decades, always offering the kind of style and strength that skaters and surfers demand. Nowadays, shoppers can take their pick from practical Schoolin' It designs, eye-catching Realm models, timeless Old Skool packs and many other types. Most feature laptop compartments, water bottle pockets and other outdoor essentials.
Customisation is one of Vans' greatest strengths. These days, shoppers have an incredible degree of freedom to use custom prints on their trainers or shirts, opening up all sorts of unique gift-giving opportunities.
If you have a sport in mind, Vans organises its products to make picking products much simpler. Head to the ski, surf, or skating sections for specific trainers and apparel, or kit yourself properly for a BMX riding season.
Every now and then, Vans will “drop” collections of its most popular ranges online or at selected stores. Dubbed Waffle Drops, these events are great times to pick up some of the most imaginative trainers around, and can often be the only time to buy certain celebrity or designer collaborations.
Vans have created a loyalty scheme for its “Family” which allows members to accumulate points as they shop. These points can be redeemed for future purchases, while members also have access to exclusive products and experiences – more than you'll find with most similar footwear brands.
Vans Deals and Sales
Like most designer brands, the best Vans products come with a price tag to match. But even so, saving money is usually on the cards. Start at the Vans Outlet to check out 50% savings on last year's designs, and take a look at the Vans Sales section as well. There are 10% discounts for students, as well as first-time purchase savings for newsletter subscribers. And the Vans Family is a great loyalty program for regular customers. Finally, always check the hotukdeals Vans voucher code listings when purchasing, as they can feature deals that aren't listed anywhere else.
