The first option is to register for a home pick-up. To do so, log into your Zalando account.

A home courier will then attend your home on an agreed date, and may arrive any time between 8:00 and 20:00.
The second option is to return your items via Hermes ParcelShop. To do so, follow the procedure above.
Instead of choosing a courier, choose the Hermes ParcelShop option.
Now, either fill out the returns label you received with your products, or print out a new one (the link is included in the returns process). Attach this label to your package.
Take the package to your nearest Hermes ParcelShop location.
All refunds and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, and refunds are usually paid within 48 hours.

Yeah same, Last time I used Zalando was 29/11/2019 when the Ladies batwing Levi Shirt was £6. (reduced from £20) Used code and bought 10x T-shirts for £50.
First order placed and it was for boots that had sold out on other websites so guess I was just lucky. The prices do go up and down quite a bit tho. I had items in my wish list and they would go down in price and back up days later. Never known a company to do that before (skeptical)
Zalando use to have a lot of discount code offers. Not been able to bag a bargain from them for over a year. Plus there is no cashback ;(
