About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Aldi are selling medjoul Dates for the bargain price of £3.49 - closest price I've seen to this is 400g for £3.99 in Asda.
By far the best dates in my humble opinion 😁
Found in Aldi Quedgeley (Glos) in the home baking aisle, I suspect it's nationwide.

You liked your own comment, I dont feel the need to explain politics to a child, do your own research
Palestine, Jordan
It's not politics, it's human rights, it's morality.
We boycotted South Africa when they did the same thing to the native population!
EVENTUALLY THEY HAVE FOUND THESE ARE PURCHASED..
Wait for it...
FROM AN ISRAELI SOURCE COMPANY.
Yeah, so I'd avoid.
Their dates suck.
Very sly move by Aldi
Deffo.
gov.uk/foo…how
I'm surprised and have said to aldi to call me back in regards to why they have not stated country of origin.
Even the guys on the phone(I was passed to a couple) didn't quite understand why it's been missed out.
Deffo a sly move by Aldi..
If it doesn't state it, then likely to be Israel
Shame we don't know! These are particularly nice though! Softer and sweeter than the Asda ones I reckon!
Why sadly? Medjoul dates are dates, irrespective of where they are grown.
Let's keep the childish politics out, please folks!
Strictly speaking yes.
But stolen by israel.
Sadly, yep.
Sorry for the spam of comments, didnt realise I could have done it in one lol.
Can order Palestinian online, give it a google. Or go to a local asian supermarket.
Yeah I know... But we have to at least try our best.
THE ONE AND ONLY ORIGINAL DATES
ANYTHING ELSE IS SUB STANDARD! Yum yum
It was slightly less than that, but recently went up.
Hi, I've haven't seen such large boxes of Medjools but will check my local Tesco Extra store. Are they found with the fresh fruits or in a specialist section?
On-line only shows 200g or mini packs
Heat for your deal, OP!
(Strange that no country of origin is stated - I thought it was a requirement for foodstuffs)

Better not buy anything from China then.
You may struggle.
Thanks mate. I will never buy these again ever.
