Yeah that is probably the ideal way round it should be lol, but I didn’t think part 2 was that bad seeing as most people don’t think it’s great. On that basis the first one will be a good watch aha.

I'm the other way round. Watched part one at the cinema and loved it.. but after the reviews I've not bothered with part 2 yet.

Gosh I must be a total outcast then - I much prefer the book to the films. Too much compromised in all of them unfortunately. (Though Tim Curry does save it from being a tragedy of acting).
I’ve read the book every year since high school to date , from the beginning of September to welcome Halloween.
The book is very good when i did security work nights that was one of the books i read at work.
But still available on backorder from Amazon at that price.
I switched off after an hour, too much , never got going and was obviously made to cash in on the success of the first film
