The Google-powered Jacquard™ Tag and specially designed insole slip into any footwear to detect your on-pitch moves, then sync and display them as stats in the GMR app on your mobile. IMPORTANT: From October 2021 GMR will unfortunately no longer be connected to the EA SPORTS FIFA MOBILE game. Anyone that uses GMR will still be able to use the football performance tracking & reading capabilities through the adidas GMR app. We'll also continue to roll out new visual features to improve user experience on the GMR app which will stay live through 2022

MEASURE YOUR MOVES & KICKS
The GMR Tag fits into the insole to measure your shot power, distance travelled, running speed and number of kicks. Once synced, your stats are sent to the GMR app, giving you all the data you need to improve your skills.

ANALYSE & COMPARE STATS
In the GMR app you have all the data you need to improve your skills. Get an overview of your stats, check your performance after your game, over time or compare yourself with your mates and send them your personalized player card with your top performance

3790447_1.jpg
SLEEK AND DISCREET
The GMR Tag slides easily into the underside of the high-performance insole, ensuring that lightweight cushioning and balanced comfort are all you feel as you put your skills to the test.

FIT FOR ALL FOOTWEAR
From your favourite football boots to your everyday sneakers, the GMR insoles are designed to fit in any footwear and easy to replace to keep your game moving forward all year round.

I must say I have this and it’s pretty terrible. The stats are so inaccurate and the battery life is awful. It’s such a faff to get out of the sole and charging is a bit of a pain. I did think it would be good motivation but didn’t use it after the second time it died. The sole is pretty good quality tho…

I took a punt, and even though they were cheap, honestly, it's probably one of the worst pieces of tech I've bought

I think the Fifa support ended with Fifa 21. I'm still tempted by these, have got just the insoles recently but the reviews for the tracker are really putting me off.

That was the MiCoach tracker, a time when Adidas scooped into the sole plate of there boots to create a hole for you to put the tracker in.

Apparently the tracking on that wasn't so great either.

I’ve worn my Apple Watch for the past few games of 5-a-side, it gives me a distance covered (usually not much ) but it doesn’t do heat map.

Don’t work for Adidas sadly… just trying to help you stop being a mingebag and pull the trigger on something that’s gonna cost you a tenner and will likely be a bit of fun more than anything

I’m not playing again for two weeks or so, I’ll need to figure out what this thing actually does and how to use it before then

Bought them but my order has been delayed. Weird because the group I am in have said they are pretty good so we will see. Will have to find my Fitbit to see if I can see accurate they are in terms of distance during a game.

Yes, they’re fine actually, but if you have a necessity for in-soles for a certain type of issue, you’d be best shopping for them specifically.

You don’t notice the tracker once it’s in the boot, so no harm in giving it a bash.

Hardly anybody reviews things when they just do their job as advised, some review things when they’re great, but most will report something that’s crap…. so don’t let the negative ones put you off.
