Seriously though, fantastic reduction in price price for 65" Ultra HD, 4K Android TV. 🔥🔥🔥
For TV enthusiasts it won't cut the mustard, however for someone who just wants a large screen they can't go wrong here.

Doubt there are many left in other stores, but bargain if you find one (edited)
Also remember to use Lidl Plus, as you'll immediately get £12 of vouchers back for spending over £200!
(And if you park in the the Sovereign Centre car park, take your ticket into the store to get an extra £1.50 off for spending over £10 (specific to this store only!)
Yep
Partners parents one has again broke
You press a button, nothing happens. You press the same button again, nothing happens. You press the same button a third time and then the TV registers all three presses and you end up on channel 666 instead of 6. When you try again, you can't as the amount of pressing buttons has run down the batteries in the remote!
But then you think... "I only paid £300 for this mammoth TV - I can live with that"!
It's Monday, I just hope it'll be available on Tuesday, we'll set it up on Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday and Saturday
we'll be chilled on Sunday.... (edited)
Picked one up from Boscombe (Bournemouth) Lidl thank you and (edited)
In the comment above yours

as most budget TVs.
Obviously, they will be now all gone at that price. (edited)
4k is 4k. The issue will be with the colour, brightness, contrast, HDR quality, etc.
It's not like HD, where you could be talking about 720p or "full HD" at 1080p.
I think for a large pc monitor its alright?
For Netflix or what have ya
Not made by Vestel, made by Sharp Poland (formerly UMC Poland).
They are fine if you use a separate source, like a fire stick, and avoid the OS. They have improved the speed on their recent TV's though. (edited)
I did not know that.
Yep. It was RGBW LCD displays that didn't have the full 3 coloured sub-pixels per pixel and replaced one of the colours with white. It resulted in a actual resolution of 2.8K, with off colours, and bad text rendering. It wasn't too noticeable for normal TV watching, but looked bad on 4K sources, or when using it as a PC monitor.
LG lied about it and downplayed the issues for a few years, before they gave up and started to produce only RGB LCD displays.
They do a similar thing in their WRGB OLEDs, but those have 3 colours + white for each pixel.
It was broke on Sunday...
Kidding, great price for a massive telly. Plug a Roku innit, innit.
At the moment it's scanning for satellite (I have a Sky dish) 800 channels found so far... What I can see is that white is white and black is black. My old Samsung had the backlight a bit gone.
Thank you you made my day!
Wondering if boscombe still have one. I’m at work and no way to call the store. Probably sold by now at that price.
