    did anyone actually get these but were charged full price? i know some got subbed and some got the deal, but i am interested in the former......

    i only ask as i have just logged in to my Morrisons account and i still have some items in the basket that were on offer months ago and they are still at the offer price. i am wondering how they charge for stuff on the day.

    If it's still in your basket as an offer price, you'll be charged the offer price. You can increase quantity, but the moment it leaves your basket it'll be full price again (edited)

    no i needed to do a food shop so i went to morrisons 30 mins before my pick up time waited till ten past 4 no luck so i went instore asked about it they told me theyll bring it out then 10 mins later someone came out to tell us that head office have told them not to fulfill the orders

    I've never shopped with Morrisons before. I have my delivery booked for 9:30 PM tomorrow, and have until 11 PM tonight to cancel/change the order. Can anybody tell me when and how I'll find out about substitutions or if they'll honour the price? Would I only find out tomorrow when the courier actually delivers it? Or do they email ahead of time?

    I had a delivery last night, i received an email around 3 hours beforehand telling me what my substitutions were and a final bill where I could see what I was charged and I could either reject them then or when the delivery arrived.

    Just got call saying order cancelled was due to pick up between 4 and 5pm today and expected call but would have made trip closer to 5pm if not. They just said should not be that price online, fairs!

    They cancelled all my shopping for delivery tomorrow ordered on the 15th got email earlier saying all OK and then one a few hour later saying cancelled all my delivery

    I ordered 4 cases along with a £70 click and collect, Pepsi showed as unavailable, went into the store to see and the shelves were full, went to customer services and they told me it's a price glitch, head office told them not to honour it, argued that a price glitch is normally sorted within a couple of hours, it's still live and available on the website, my full order was sitting there ready, told them they might as well just cancel the rest of the order and I will go shop elsewhere, the manager didn't look happy "you are really cancelling an entire shop over a few cans of pepsi".... yes I am (edited)

    I ordered a collection for 4PM - 5PM with my usual shopping didn’t receive any text for collection. Then received a cancellation email around 18:11.

    Ordering again with the normal price, this time I won’t turn up for a click and collect .. tit for tat

    I'd be wary of them being full price. If it's anything like Tesco's delivery or click and collect your card will be charged at the price when it's picked. If it goes back up you may be charged the full price.

    Really peed off, just did a 40 minute round trip to be told my order was cancelled and Cancellation emails went out first thing this morning. Phone customer service as my order is showing as prepared and they basically said tough. Also took my money out my account which will now take three days to go back in. Shocking customer service.

    i ended up getting 12 for £24. Topped the order over £50 so got an additional £10 off so in theory another 20% off so 12 for £21.60...

    And lets not forget the Morrisons Ginger bread man they added Free in my order

    Well my order has just been cancelled. No reason given.

    But what's this? The promotion is still available online for the Pepsi Max. So I've placed another order....

    I will be expecting some compensation if they cancel this order also. This is my second online order with them.. so I really won't be impressed... (edited)
