Not quite bitter about it but I'm 100% puzzled that my same deal was pulled when I posted it on Tuesday

These days they delete anything that does not make them click through revenue, the reason I dont bother any more, fed up with decent deals being deleted or moved to discussions because it's not a money spinner.

Last time I went I added toast and a coffee and I’m sure it was over £10- and very poor.

That was your last time. This seems to be a new offer. Sensible thing to do is not to revisit if you thought it was poor.

*Presonally, I tend to let my wife have a lie in at the weekend and take the two kids to the Premier Inn - £9.50 for the three of us, and it's eat all you can with drinks included!

I've made a few notes. Yes, uh... Bacon, 10 on 10. Button mushrooms, bingo. Black pudding, snap. Minor criticism, more distance between the eggs and the beans. I may want to mix them but I want that to be my decision. Use a sausage as a breakwater. But I'm nit-picking, on the whole, a very good effort - 7 on 10. Let's make love.

Morrisons is no longer a reasonably priced supermarket or cafe..I'm finding their price increases are far greater than inflation so have taken my custom elsewhere.

I'm seeing big increases and reduction in choice across the board.

Had one this morning, and the size is absolutely fine.
The 2 hash browns, and 2 sausages aren't great.
Mushroom and tomato are a mushroom and tomato
2 bacon, 1 fried egg fine.
Impressed by the tiger loaf toast, and I'm pretty sure they're Heinz beans.
You'd happily pay a fiver for this, but not the supposed £7

Thanks for reading my TED talk

Morrisons website from your "get deal" link doesn't seem to say until what date is this offer valid and if it applies to vegetarian and vegan breakfasts. Good find.

I’ve taken this offer 3 times over last week at 2 different locations - Chippenham , and Devizes and they were both very good and worth the reduced price - nit sure I’d want to pay the full price though but we’re always well cooked and presented pretty much as in picture not just thrown in plate

Didn't realise the bacon, mushroom, toast, hash browns and tomato were served uncooked.

Can't tell from the picture if the baked beans are served cold as well!

I have been there and paid the full price, and would do that again, can’t wait for the next one. Perfectly crisp hash browns, 2 sausages, 2 bacon, mushroom, tomato, beans, egg and toast. Awesome and the going rate for a breakfast at full price, if you get cheaper you should seriously question the quality
  18. r1mmm3r's avatar

    So you get:

    2 sausage
    2 bacon
    2 hash
    Beans
    Mush
    1 egg
    Grilled tomato
    Toast

What the hell else do people want in a breakfast for £3.49.
No wonder this country in the middle of an obesity crisis.

I would rather pay 50p more so they can serve it HOT.One of my pet hates is having to rush food before it gets any colder. It goes without saying a good meal served how it should be will encourage you to go back again.Intern bringing in more customers and not having to bride them to come in with a cheap deal. They could then afford to keep it that price if the Cafe was full each morning

This is just to get you in. Morrisons has lost its 4th place to Aldi in the UK. This is due to Morrisons prices they have rocketed lately a lot more than other supermarkets. I used to spend £100-£150 a month not no more. (edited)

Not sure if they've slimmed it down for the offer or not.
I've had the 'flying start' breakfast before a number of times and it was cracking value for money even at full price.

    - £3.49 is a good "cafe" price for this.
    - £6.99 is however a bad price, given no drink is included.
    - I have all these ingredients right now (good quality) and could replicate for £1.55 at home.
    - So I'll make similar (but bigger and better quality) at home, at the weekend, including mushrooms and the gas & electric for cooking, for about £2.50 including copious mugs of Yorkshire tea.......
    - The wife is away this weekend, so you're all welcome to mine and I'll still make 99p profit from each and every one of you 😁 (edited)

Cheap, poor quality and unhealthy. Why would anyone willingly put that inside themselves? How about a dry fried egg, mushrooms a small piece of local sourced decent bacon, a premium sausage, organic tomato and toast. You can do that for a family of 4, set yourselves up for the day.

Either that's a massive mushroom of they are very small sausages. And I am sat in the midst of beautiful Portugal but could murder one of those right now 7pm on Friday with extra toast brown sauce and a lot of tea

Yes they're never going to be the best all-day breakfasts. Certainly not for that price. But on balance, I've probably had more 'good' all-day Morrisons breakfasts than bad.

Awful last time I went to Morrisons Stamford. Cold and deep fried sausages. Several issues with other customers whilst we waited for my wife’s cold breakfast to be re-made which was still just warm when it was served again.

Looks good that for the money. Ime. Morrisons cafe food ain’t exactly spectacular. But then. Neither is the price. It’s always pretty cheap. And reasonable food for the money. Nout to moan about

It really depends on what you buy as to how you are hit by price rises.

In fact some retailers have simply resorted to removing budget offerings from stock.
And 40% price rises are common.

They need to take the word 'full' off the menu title.

Its more like 1/4 English Breakfast. Their 'full version' was available up to during the start of covid. Went downhill since.
