Title needs updating, makes it sound £59.78 for all 4 rather than each.
    Olaup's avatar
Don't think anyone would seriously think that.

Ridiculous price. Costco feel free to put your 245/45 r19s at this price

    I'm waiting for 19s in
    255/35
    225/40

I don't even need tyres yet but tempted at this price!
    JPS's avatar
    Same!
  4. KaraSevda's avatar
    Wish it was 245/40 R18

Just had 4 fitted to my car in this size. Came to £385 which is still decent for this tyre.
  5. FireFreeAFC's avatar
    Wish these were 235/40 18 😞

Link needs fixing. Took me to the Asymmetric 3, instead of the 5. Good price though.

Excellent, exact size I've been looking for. Thank you

Burning deal if you've got a car which uses these.

I paid £154 for two of these fitted (mobile Halford).
Great tyres on my Quattro MK1 TT.

Will need to get two more for the front as I currently got Toyo T1-R's on em.

Careful with the load index when purchasing tyres, even though the size might be correct, the load index can differ

They usually do this deal this time of year.

This time last year I paid £236.72 for 4 of these fitted.

Superb deal, superb tyres. I've just worked out I've done 7,282 miles since then and I am wondering if I should book the car in for 2 more of these at £120 for a pair. The only thing is I think they will insist they go on the rear when I will need them on the front :/

Just got some myself, thank you

How do these compare to Michelin pilots? I’m due 2 new tyres and thinking of trying something cheaper.

Shame they refuse to use any other size apart factory fitted, my car came with 235 but I use 225
    Olaup's avatar
Do you mean that if you buy these then turn up & they say not oem size they refuse to sell or fit ?

Can you not just take them away unfitted & save £8.40 per tyre ?

Absolute banger deal! Had 4 fitted on car few months back been amazing!
  18. Figo_Rulz11's avatar
    Wow great price, heat OP
  19. forcedv's avatar
Does this include fitting or just tyres?

    Fully fitted.

My car's on 235/40 x 18, which are rarely seen and maybe never discounted. Would these be an acceptable alternative (10mm narrower)? (edited)
    TedStriker72's avatar
Almost certainly, yes. Speedo would be very slightly out (would read higher than it does now) but nothing siginificant.
  21. irradiated's avatar
excellent price if you only have small wheels, decent grippy tyres and lasting longer than manuf fitted bridgestones
    rickj's avatar
You will find if you do some research 18" is above average wheel size
  22. Shambolic's avatar
Strange, they wanted £99.58 plus £8.40 fitting for 15" Michelin tyres a few days ago.

£431.92 with a week to wait on delivery

That's an unusual size, which is why they are more expensive. The 'cheap' 15 inch size would be 195/65/15
  23. adoks4me's avatar
Sizzling hot. Decent tyre too with decent grip and wear. 225 40 18 often come up cheaply but this one is particularly appealing for those who are considering or on the fence! I've had the F1 Ass for the last few years.... Recommended.
  24. pmaker's avatar
    No 16", cold
    TedStriker72's avatar
Goodyear don't make them in 16 inch. Hardly Costco's fault.
  25. mhasan's avatar
Need some 225/50/17. Never seen any deals on those.
    TedStriker72's avatar
Thta's becasue 225/45/17 is the 'standard' size that regularly gets discounted.
  26. whathaveidonenow's avatar
    Wtf wow

I wish it was R19 I've been looking for 225 40 R19 for long time!!

    Any 245 40 18 ?
  31. Gavstar's avatar
I previously bought budget tyres which tbh they have been amazing I've done around 20k miles and they still got life in them but i cant lie this is a great deal 🔥
    Besford's avatar
Yep, budget tyres often last a long time but that's at the expense of grip - hard, unsophisticated rubber!

  33. Michelle2222's avatar
Anyone know of any good deals on 225/50/17?
    ez2010's avatar
There’s never any deals for that size as it is very popular.
  34. sm9690's avatar
    D rated on fuel?
    JPS's avatar
Yes. You can't have the performance without a bit of compromise somewhere. I'd rather have grip and reassurance than saving 0.10% on fuel... (edited)
  35. rudey_valentino's avatar
    Need 245/40/18 front
    And 265/35/18 on rear
    TedStriker72's avatar
    Buy a different car!
  36. bbeettaa's avatar
For 4...this is a stupid price.

For me I need the 45 but still not a bad price given current state of things.
  37. ollie2001's avatar
    Any deals on 225/50 R17?
  38. mgk's avatar
Tomorrow is the last day for this deal which includes 80 quid off 4 or 40 off 2
  39. Bruticus's avatar
These are excellent, have an alloy protector
  40. londonguy's avatar
Decent deal i paid £226 for 4x uniroyal rain sport 5 last year same size. Plus £35 off that with nectar point.
